Job summary

Fooda is seeking a Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations across a portfolio of client locations in Texas, strengthening relationships and driving growth. You’ll own cross-functional coordination with Sales, Restaurant Partnerships, and Market Operations; on-site 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, in Temple or Hutto.

This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, scalable processes, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in account management, operations, or multi-location client support in a service, hospitality, or tech-enabled environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to anticipate client needs and drive value.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to pull insights from usage reports, KPIs, and dashboards to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of your portfolio of locations.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client needs and ensure high satisfaction.
• Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews with stakeholders to align goals and insights.
