Job summary

Fooda is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the onsite experience at a client location, ensuring hospitality-driven service, on-time delivery, and swift issue resolution.

You will be the primary contact for clients, employees, and restaurant partners, building trust through clear communication and consistent operations. Reporting to the Sr Strategic Account Manager, this role offers growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food service, catering, or operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of autonomous onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day onsite experience, ensuring programs run smoothly and with a hospitality-first mindset.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for the client and employees, building trust through consistency and quick problem solving.
• Provide onsite guidance and support to staff or coordinators to stay aligned for service.
• Coordinate with restaurant teams to ensure setup and issue resolution.
• Monitor the customer experience, identify trends, and escalate when needed to leadership.
• Maintain menus, POS updates, signage, daily flow, and overall presentation.
• Influence the restaurant network by sharing feedback and upholding standards.
