Job summary

Fooda is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the onsite experience at a client location in the United States. The role requires managing daily service, ensuring hospitality standards, and serving as the main contact for clients, staff, and restaurant partners.

You will report to the Sr. Strategic Account Manager and operate 100% onsite, with a focus on reliability, autonomy, and consistent execution of Fooda’s programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food service, catering, or operations.
• Strong communication with clients, staff, and partners.
• Ability to manage onsite operations with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onsite experience ensuring programs run smoothly and on time.
• Serve as primary onsite contact for client and employees, building trust.
• Provide onsite guidance to staff and coordinators to stay aligned.
• Partner with restaurant teams to set up for success daily and address issues.
• Monitor customer experience and escalate issues to Sr. Strategic Account Manager.
• Maintain menus, POS updates, signage, and daily flow for seamless service.
• Influence restaurant network by sharing feedback and reinforcing standards.
