Job summary

Fooda is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the onsite experience at a client location in Afton, Texas. You will be the primary onsite contact for clients, employees, and vendors, ensuring timely, hospitality-driven service and swift issue resolution.

You will partner with restaurant teams, guide staff, and maintain operational details such as menus and signage to keep daily service running smoothly and to uphold Fooda’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day onsite experience, ensuring programs run smoothly and on time.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for the client and employees, building trust through consistency.
• Provide onsite guidance and support to staff to keep service aligned and prepared.
• Partner with restaurant teams to ensure setup meets expectations and resolves issues.
• Maintain menus, POS updates, signage, and overall presentation for seamless service.
• Influence restaurant network by sharing feedback and reinforcing standards.
