Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in the United States to be the primary client contact for our programs and to guide the long-term evolution of the client relationship. You will lead daily recruitment and fulfillment activities, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and partner with client teams to align services with business objectives, driving continued success.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant experience, with proven leadership in a service

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience; 2–5 years managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices and applicable laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.

Aufgaben

• Grow and retain accounts by building effective relationships with client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Maintain high client satisfaction levels via surveys and reviews.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and permanent placements).
• Manage and improve KPIs and SLAs across programs.
• Analyze data and interpret trends to guide client strategy.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, culture, and program expectations.
