Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact for our programs and to drive the strategic evolution of client engagements. You will align with the client’s objectives, lead recruitment and fulfillment activities, and ensure strong collaboration across teams to deliver value and high performance.

In this role, you will manage client relationships, present performance reviews, and maintain a deep understanding of client needs.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
• Experience leading recruitment teams in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of recruiting practices compliant with laws and company policies

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing relationships with key client contacts
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and business reviews
• Present monthly/quarterly performance reviews to directors/VPs
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placement
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, market share and competition
• Drive KPIs and SLAs, and plan to grow existing accounts and new clients
