Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for our programs. You will guide strategic, long-term evolution, align with client objectives, and drive operational management of all activities.

You will lead daily recruitment/fulfillment activities, measure KPIs, and develop collaborative energy to position teams for ongoing success and client satisfaction across key accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in relevant work; 2–5 years supervisory experience in service provider industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work in group and one-on-one settings.
• Strong client relationship-building and networks.
• Experience leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and SLAs; compliant with laws and company policies.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts; build relationships with HR and Operations to drive growth.
• Maintain high client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly performance reviews to leadership (QBR/QPR).
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary, and permanent placements).
• Understand client business, staffing needs, culture, and program expectations.
• Coordinate reporting and interpret data/trends to guide decisions.
