Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact, aligning with the client’s objectives and driving a collaborative partnership across recruitment activities and KPI-driven performance.

You will grow and retain accounts, build relationships with HR and Operations, present reviews, manage a recruitment team, and ensure service levels while pricing and selling Adecco’s services.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage a recruitment team.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Knowledge of KPI and SLA management and reporting.
• Understanding of recruiting practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts with key client contacts.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Drive client satisfaction and high NPS through service delivery.
• Build knowledge of target industries, roles, and competition.
• Manage daily recruitment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.
