Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Associate Director to serve as a Program Manager for the Alternate Missions and Space portfolio. This onsite role leads cross-functional teams across DoD customers and internal Raytheon groups to shape requirements, design strategy, and drive capture of new programs.

The successful candidate will have a TS clearance, extensive program management experience, and a proven ability to develop 3–5 year strategic plans while managing cost, schedule, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years in program management.
• Experience leading development and production programs.
• Experience with EVMS, IMP, IMS, and risk management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop capture strategies and lead project capture and management.
• Lead engagements with customers focusing on requirements and pre-design.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and external customers.
• Shape 3–5 year strategic plans and influence budgets and acquisitions.
• Identify and advance new business opportunities aligned with mission needs.
