Job summary

Raytheon’s Advanced Technology (AT) division seeks an Associate Director, Production Program Management to lead a high-visibility Long Range Air-to-Air Missile program. This 100% onsite role in Tucson, AZ involves setting strategy, directing cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining product integrity for a major defense program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 12+ years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with 10+ years of experience.
• Program management experience leading production programs or transition to production programs.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs using tools such as EVMS and Risk and Opportunity Management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Active and transferrable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Account for profit and loss, AOP development and implementation, and Estimates at Completions (EACs).
• Create and lead a program execution methodology providing clarity into status with a cross-functional team.
• Build relationships with customers and key suppliers.
• Manage risk, opportunity, cost, quality and schedule performance.
• Drive executive-level program leadership and ensure adherence to plans, schedules and budgets.
• Travel as needed to support business engagements.
