Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ seeks a Digital Program Lead to own DT roadmaps and program delivery within the Air & Space Defense Systems unit. The role partners with program management, engineering, and finance to ensure successful startups and sustained operations onsite five days a week.

The ideal candidate will have extensive agile leadership experience, a TS clearance, and a background in IT, software engineering, or program management across complex defense programs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, MIS, engineering, math or STEM and 8+ years of related experience, or a master’s with 5+ years.
• Must hold a U.S. government Top Secret clearance and be a U.S. citizen for eligibility.
• Experience in IT, software/systems engineering, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as DT touchpoint for SBU Leadership, Program Management, and SSBU Directors.
• Develop and execute a strategic DT roadmap focusing on scope, cost, and schedule performance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and root cause analysis for DT program challenges.
• Manage KPIs, EVMS, staffing, and regular status reviews.
