Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, Arizona seeks an Associate Director to lead the Alternate Missions and Space (AMS) program management portfolio. You will coordinate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to shape long‑term plans, growth, and acquisition strategies while engaging customers and advancing opportunities.

The role requires 12+ years of relevant experience (or 10+ with an advanced degree), a solid track record in leading programs, and an active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree advantageous.
• Experience leading development and production programs.
• Active Top Secret clearance required before start date and ability to obtain program access.
