Job summary

Lennar is seeking a dynamic Productivity & Collaboration Manager to own the strategy, adoption, and evolution of its digital workplace. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience with a focus on collaboration platforms or digital workplace.
• Enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 management (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive).
• Hands-on experience with Box and Slack in an enterprise environment (administration, governance, adoption).
• Experience with enterprise AV environments and Cisco-based rooms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the enterprise-wide collaboration strategy aligned to business goals.
• Act as product owner for Microsoft 365, Box, and Slack; manage roadmaps and lifecycles.
• Evaluate new tools and advise on adoption, consolidation, or retirement of platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Legal and business units to ensure compliance and usability.
• Monitor usage, licensing, and capacity to optimize spend.
• Lead transition to Cisco-based AV environment and oversee vendors/integrators.
• Oversee AV service standards, runbooks, and escalation procedures.
• Drive adoption campaigns and internal communications for collaboration tools.
