Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT with focus on Microsoft 365, identity, collaboration, and/or endpoint engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable, secure Microsoft 365 and collaboration solutions.
• Serve as SME for Windows, M365, identity, and endpoint platforms with engineering standards and roadmaps.
• Lead initiatives, build and test solutions, and ensure handover and knowledge transfer.
• Develop design specifications and engineering artifacts meeting security and regulatory requirements.
