Job summary

MemorialCare’s Enterprise Development team seeks a Sr. Solution Architect to lead connectivity, collaboration, and audiovisual initiatives. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, with strong collaboration across networks, cybersecurity, and business leadership.

Requires onsite engagement with stakeholders across locations. The position emphasizes architecture leadership, secure and scalable solutions, and ongoing optimization of end-user experiences

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, supporting, or leading enterprise connectivity, collaboration, or related information systems technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience with audiovisual, video conferencing, meeting room, and internal streaming platforms preferred.
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals and impact on end-user experience.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and improvements.
• Experience leading projects, coordinating vendors, and working in a team environment.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
