Job summary

Kforce is seeking an IT Collaboration Manager in Miami, FL to own the strategy, adoption, and evolution of the digital workplace ecosystem. You will lead Microsoft 365, Box, Slack, and Cisco-powered AV, driving adoption and measurable business value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience focused on collaboration platforms, digital workplace, or productivity technologies.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 at an enterprise scale (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
• Hands-on experience with Box and Slack in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with enterprise AV environments, Cisco Webex or room systems preferred.
• Experience creating internal communications, adoption campaigns, or product marketing content.
• Proven track record managing external vendors, integrators, and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the enterprise-wide collaboration strategy aligned with business goals.
• Serve as product owner for Microsoft 365, Box, and Slack—managing roadmaps and lifecycle planning.
• Evaluate emerging tools and recommend adoption, consolidation, or retirement of platforms.
• Partner with IT, HR, Legal, and business units to ensure compliance, security, and usability.
• Monitor platform usage, licensing, and capacity to optimize spend and inform decisions.
• Lead the transition to a Cisco-based AV environment across stakeholders and vendors.
• Manage AV service vendors and systems integrators, including contract oversight.
• Lead the team monitoring usage, health, and capacity of AV and video conferencing infrastructure across locations.
