Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an OSA Level I Technician for a 2-year onsite contract across the United States. Responsibilities include replacing toner, managing consumables, assisting end users with device functionality, and coordinating with HP for software-branded support.

You will monitor systems, perform installations and configurations, respond to inquiries, and help improve operational processes while maintaining data confidentiality and adhering to change management practices.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in maintenance, quality, or technical support roles.
• Ability to work onsite and coordinate with vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Replace toner, consumables, and paper and ensure adequate supplies at customer sites.
• Assist end users with device functionality and coordinate with HP for SW-branded support.
• Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software.
• Identify incident trends and escalation issues within established timeframes and processes.
• Conduct routine installations and configurations and assemble and integrate systems according to standard procedures.
• Respond to service, product, technical, and customer inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Execute approved change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Meet daily production goals and contribute to process improvements globally.

Education

High School Diploma, GED, Higher Secondary Education, or equivalent work experience

Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, technical support, or a related field

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a customer-facing environment
