Kelley Create is seeking an Onsite Print Support Specialist in Petersburg, VA to support customer networks of printers and copiers, maximize uptime, manage inventory, and coordinate site operations. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with some work experience.
• Basic knowledge of printers, MFPs and MFDs.
• Track record of success in customer service.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Motivation and ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service performance to meet contracted SLAs.
• Coordinate with management to anticipate and resolve problems.
• Interface with clients to resolve performance issues.
• Oversee paper and toner procurement and onsite inventory.
• Ensure parts arrive for service technicians as needed.
• Assist with machine moves, installations and relocations.
• Collect and review periodic meter readings.
• Advocate for customers in network reporting and support.
• Conduct periodic client satisfaction surveys.
• Assist Sales with biannual technology overview for clients.
• May travel to customer locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
