District Photo is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist to provide dependable, hands-on technology support for our Louisville facility. You will handle end-user support, device deployment, and production-related infrastructure tasks in a busy plant environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of Windows IT support, familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365, plus strong customer-service skills. Regular on-site presence and some after-hours support are required for critical incidents.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT support in a Windows-based business environment.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy fundamentals, Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong troubleshooting for desktops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Experience deploying equipment, documenting work, and managing tickets.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote IT support for employees across office, production, and warehouse areas.
• Troubleshoot incidents involving Windows PCs, user profiles, software, peripherals, network connectivity, and printing.
• Communicate status, set expectations, and confirm issue resolution before closing tickets.
• Escalate outages or security concerns as needed and follow through to closure.
• Maintain asset records, ticket notes, and local support documentation.
