Job summary

BCforward is seeking an Onsite Print Administrator in Reno, NV. This contract role focuses on onsite print fleet support, incident management, and customer relationship management to maximize device uptime and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with onsite print devices, UNIX basics, and ITIL knowledge, and will mentor new hires while meeting production and response-time goals.

Qualifications

• Technical or vocational degree with 6+ years related experience or Bachelor's with 4-6 years experience.
• Experience supporting HP devices and proactive account management.
• ITIL knowledge or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems per protocols.
• Provide high-quality customer support by clarifying needs and addressing inquiries.
• Perform routine installations, configurations, and scripted change management activities.
• Identify incident trends, adhere to SLAs, and follow incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Manage consumable inventory and ensure supplies at customer sites.
• Clear paper jams and assist end users with device functionality.
