Job summary

Applied Innovation is seeking a self-directed, detail-oriented Onsite Print Specialist & Fleet Coordinator for a client location in the Owosso area, based in Southfield, MI. This entry-level role runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm, onsite.

You will manage Print Center operations and fleet activities, maintain inventories, coordinate with client IT, and ensure service levels align with SLAs. Background and client clearances, including flu vaccination, are required.

Qualifications

• Entry level role requiring dependability and organization.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain logs.

Responsibilities

• Print Center management: manage site operations printing needs and output.
• Operate high-volume production and office printers.
• Complete print production, delivery, and output requirements.
• Maintain on-site inventory of parts and supplies.
• Fleet management: replenishment, device swaps, moves, installations.
• Liaise with client IT and Service Department; ensure SLAs.
• Document daily logs and report activities.
