Applied Innovation seeks a self-directed, detail-oriented individual for an entry level Onsite Print Specialist & Fleet Coordinator role at Monroe Community College in the Owosso area. The position runs Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4 pm, onsite at the client location, and requires staffing the print center and coordinating fleet tasks.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, organization, and multitasking while handling printing technologies and daily reporting.

Qualifications

• Entry level position supporting print center and fleet operations.
• Must pass background clearance and client clearance requirements, including flu vaccination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage all site operations printing needs.
• Operate high volume production print equipment and office print production equipment.
• Complete print production, delivery, and output requirement needs of the Print Center.
• Document creation capabilities and maintain daily logs.
• On-site inventory management of parts and supply items.
