Job summary

Applied Innovation is seeking a self-directed, detail-oriented individual for an entry level Onsite Print Specialist & Fleet Coordinator role in Southfield, MI. This Monday–Friday position (7:30 am–4 pm) supports day-to-day operations at a client location in the Owosso area.

You will manage print center operations, oversee fleet devices, and liaise with client IT and service teams. Strong Microsoft Office skills and reliability are essential to meet SLAs and maintain daily logs and reporting.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position requiring reliability and organizational skills.
• Onsite role with standard daytime hours and clearance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage site print center operations and fulfill printing needs.
• Operate high-volume and office printing equipment and processes.
• Maintain on-site inventory of parts and supplies.
• Serve as liaison with client IT and service departments.
• Follow SOPs, log daily activities, and meet service levels.
