Responsibilities include managing print center operations, operating high-volume and office printers, inventory management, fleet coordination, and coordinating with client IT.

This is a Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm position located at Monroe Community College at a client location in our print shop. As an Onsite Print Specialist & Fleet Coordinator, below is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities.
Excellent customer service skills are essential, and candidates must be dependable, professional, organized, detail-oriented and able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel and Word. Demonstrated understanding of printing technologies, working knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs and uses, is a plus. This position requires background clearance, along with client clearance requirements, including flu vaccination.
