Job summary

Applied Innovation is seeking a self-directed, detail-oriented individual for an entry-level Onsite Print Specialist & Fleet Coordinator role at Monroe Community College in Owosso area. Monday–Friday 7:30 am–4 pm, servicing print center and fleet tasks, with on-site client clearance requirements.

Responsibilities include managing print center operations, operating high-volume and office printers, inventory management, fleet coordination, and coordinating with client IT.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor are essential.
• Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred.
• Background clearance and client clearance requirements including vaccinations may apply.

Responsibilities

• Print Center Management: develop, implement, and manage site printing operations.
• Operate high-volume production and office print equipment.
• Complete print production, delivery, and output needs; maintain logs and SOPs.
