Job summary

Applied Innovation is seeking a self-directed, detail-oriented Onsite Print Specialist & Fleet Coordinator for a client location in the Owosso area, at Monroe Community College. This entry-level role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm and requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and printing equipment.

You will manage print center operations, fleet tasks, and coordinate with client IT and service teams. Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Print Center operations including managing production print needs.
• Operate production and office print equipment and handle output requirements.
• Maintain on-site inventory of parts and supplies and document processes.
• Liaise with client IT and serve as central contact for loyalty and service teams.
• Develop and follow SOPs and maintain daily logs and reporting.
