Visual Edge IT, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Service Technician to support and maintain print technology within a fast-paced client environment. You will ensure optimal device performance, rapid issue resolution, and a seamless user experience while coordinating with internal teams for continuity of service.

The role emphasizes hands-on repair, installation, and proactive maintenance of printers, scanners, and related devices in client networks, with a strong focus on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience servicing office technology, printers, or related equipment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of printer, MFP, and scanner repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of printers, MFPs, scanners, and related equipment.
• Install, configure, and support print and scanning devices within the client’s network.
• Support and troubleshoot print management software solutions, including installation and issue resolution.
• Respond to service requests with urgency and rapid response times.
• Maintain detailed and professional service records and documentation.
