Visual Edge IT, Inc. seeks a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. This field-based role covers maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of office technology including copiers and printers, while delivering exceptional service to clients.

A company vehicle is provided and thorough training ensures success. Primary responsibilities include maximizing uptime, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, and documenting service activities.

Competenze

1+ years in field service preferred.
Mechanical and electrical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
Experience servicing office equipment such as copiers/printers preferred; Xerox, Ricoh, Kyocera, or HP helps.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of basic networking and computer systems.
Ability to lift 50–100 pounds regularly.

Maximize equipment uptime by quick, effective repairs.
Perform preventive maintenance on copiers, printers and related devices.
Diagnose issues using customer feedback and observations.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication.
Complete service documentation accurately, including parts usage and meter readings.
Some travel is required.
