Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in print production or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume digital printers, copiers, scanners, and finishing equipment.
• Produce, bind, and deliver professional documents and presentations.
• Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting on print equipment.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and distribution of materials and supplies.
• Respond to customer requests and provide outstanding service.
• Support meeting room setups and general office services as needed.
• Maintain production records, supply inventories, and job tracking logs.
• Coordinate service requests and elevate equipment issues when necessary.
