Qualifications

• Knowledge of Davis-Bacon, IRA labor provisions, or state PWA requirements.
• Experience reviewing Certified Payroll Reports.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and compliance tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon Act and applicable wage laws on funded projects.
• Verify worker classifications based on on-site duties.
• Monitor apprentice-to-journeyman ratios and apprenticeship participation.
• Confirm wage determinations and labor postings are displayed on site.
• Maintain daily onsite workforce logs by classification and cross-reference with payroll.
• Assist onboarding of subcontractors for compliance readiness.
• Participate in project meetings to provide compliance updates.
• Utilize compliance tracking systems (e.g., ProScore) for reporting.
