Job summary

ProScore Technologies LLC seeks an Onsite PWA Site Administrator to ensure full compliance with prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements on federally or state-funded projects. You will oversee certified payroll, workforce classifications, apprenticeship ratios, and labor compliance documentation onsite.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in wage regulations, and comfortable coordinating with subcontractors and project leadership in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Davis-Bacon, IRA provisions, or state PWA requirements.
• Experience reviewing Certified Payroll Reports.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and compliance tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with prevailing wage laws and wage determinations.
• Verify worker classifications based on onsite duties.
• Monitor apprentice-to-journeyman ratios and registrations.
• Maintain daily workforce logs and payroll cross-checks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and report risks to management.
• Assist onboarding of subcontractors and participate in meetings.
• Utilize compliance tracking systems such as ProScore.
