Job summary

ProScore Technologies, LLC is seeking an Onsite PWA Site Administrator in Randolph County, IL. You will oversee prevailing wage compliance, payroll accuracy, and labor postings directly on construction sites, coordinating with subcontractors and project leadership.

The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of Davis-Bacon/IRA or state PWA rules, and hands-on use of compliance tracking systems. This is an onsite position with field responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Davis-Bacon, IRA labor provisions, or state PWA requirements.
• Experience reviewing Certified Payroll Reports.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and compliance tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon Act, IRA labor provisions, and/or applicable state prevailing wage laws.
• Verify proper worker classifications based on actual duties performed onsite.
• Monitor apprentice-to-journeyman ratios and confirm registered apprenticeship participation.
• Confirm required wage determinations and labor postings are displayed onsite.
• Conduct labor interviews/audits as required.
• Maintain daily onsite workforce logs by classification.
• Cross-reference onsite labor with submitted payroll reports.
• Maintain organized compliance files including CPRs and apprenticeship agreements.
• Assist onboarding new subcontractors for compliance readiness.
• Utilize compliance tracking systems (e.g., ProScore) for monitoring.
