Job summary

ProScore Technologies is seeking an Onsite PWA Site Administrator to ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements on federally/state funded construction projects. You will oversee certified payroll, worker classifications, apprenticeship ratios, and labor postings onsite.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in prevailing wage regulations, and comfortable coordinating with subcontractors and project leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Davis-Bacon, IRA labor provisions, or state PWA requirements.
• Experience reviewing Certified Payroll Reports.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and compliance tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon Act and related wage laws on funded projects.
• Verify worker classifications and apprenticeship participation on site.
• Maintain daily workforce logs by classification.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project leadership on compliance.
• Assist onboarding of subcontractors and participate in meetings.
• Utilize compliance tracking systems such as ProScore.
