Job summary

ProScore Technologies is seeking an Onsite PWA Site Administrator to ensure strict adherence to federal and state prevailing wage requirements on construction projects. You will oversee certified payroll, worker classifications, apprentice ratios, and onsite labor postings.

The role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong knowledge of wage regulations, and the ability to work closely with subcontractors and project leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Davis‑Bacon, IRA labor provisions, or state PWA requirements.
• Experience reviewing Certified Payroll Reports.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and compliance tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite compliance with Davis-Bacon Act and wage determinations.
• Review certified payrolls, classifications, and apprentice ratios.
• Maintain daily workforce logs and CPRs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project leadership on compliance.
• Support audits by owners, GC, DOL, and third parties.
• Onboard subcontractors for compliance readiness.
• Provide compliance updates at project meetings.
