Job summary

Sound Physicians is seeking a Practice Coordinator to oversee daily administrative operations at a hospital partner site. You will partner with the Practice Medical Director, clinicians, and the Clinical Performance Nurse to streamline workflows and support patient care.

This on-site role requires strong MS Office skills, HRIS familiarity, and the ability to coordinate interviews, onboarding, privileging, and payer enrollment while ensuring compliance and timely communications.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of HR information systems and basic HR knowledge.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• General administrative support to medical practice under the direction of the medical director and practice administrator.
• Office management functions including meeting management, systems, supplies and events.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and Practice Management Team on policies and procedures.
