Sound Physicians is seeking a Practice Coordinator to oversee daily administration at our hospital-based practice. You’ll work with the Practice Medical Director, clinicians, and the Clinical Performance Nurse to improve workflows, communications, and on-site initiatives.

You will handle scheduling, onboarding, privileging coordination, onboarding of new clinicians, and ensure billing/documentation compliance, while supporting benefits enrollment and HR systems.

Formación

• 1-2 years administrative support experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• 1-2 years in customer service.
• Knowledge of HR information systems and basic HR knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general administrative support to medical practice under the direction of the medical director and practice administrator.
• Office management: meeting management, office systems, supplies, and practice events.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Practice Management Team on site policies and procedures.
• Facilitate daily patient census/reconciliation and daily multi-disciplinary rounds as applicable.
• Enable patient care through home health order workflows, medical records requests, and death certificates.
• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding of clinicians, including interviews and site visits.
• Ensure onboarding for new clinicians, locums and ambassadors is completed.
• Assist with privileging and hospital credentialing tracking and payer enrollment.
• Support billing/documentation compliance and participation in compliance activities.
• Support benefits enrollment and HRIS updates for clinicians.
