Sound Physicians is seeking a Practice Coordinator to oversee daily administrative operations onsite at the hospital partner. You will work with the Practice Medical Director, clinicians, and the Clinical Performance Nurse to improve workflows, communications, and performance.

The role is Part/Full-Time with no travel requirements, based at the hospital site. You will coordinate scheduling, onboarding, privileging support, and patient census processes while ensuring compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of relevant state and federal healthcare regulations
• Experience with HR information systems and HR concepts

Responsabilités

• Provide general administrative support to medical practice under direction of medical director and practice administrator
• Manage office systems, meeting logistics, supplies, and practice events
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Practice Management on site policies and procedures
• Coordinate onboarding/orientation for new clinicians and locums
• Ensure clinician scheduling and payroll data are accurate and timely
• Maintain reports, databases, and patient/provider onboarding materials
