Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably in On-Your-Lot or scattered lot building.
• Managing multiple projects (8-10) at one time with home prices up to $625k.
• Proven track record in project leadership and successful operations within new construction.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
