Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent for new custom-home construction, onsite across multiple job sites around Monroe/Charlotte NC. You will plan and schedule subcontractors to execute the build-time required for each custom home while coordinating with homeowners.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in residential/new construction, a proven ability to lead 8–10 projects concurrently, and outstanding communication with clients and trades.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience required, preferably on new and custom homes.
• Manages 8–10 projects simultaneously with homeowner clients.
• Strong team-building and customer-communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Over-communicate with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage site logistics from design through occupancy, including subcontractor scheduling and contracts.
• Monitor budget and schedule while maintaining construction quality.
