• Manage 8-10 projects concurrently with home values up to $525-625k (avg).
• 4+ years of proven operations and project leadership in New Construction.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure high satisfaction.
• Site management from design/precon to contracts, safety and scheduling through CO.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
