Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles or program management.
• Proven ability to drive operational transformation in deployment environments.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate into buildable solutions tied to mission outcomes.
• Design and ship working tools on Axon platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Build with Axon products and extend related systems in agency environments.
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks and document patterns for reuse.
• Apply CJIS compliance and privacy guardrails in every build.
