Axon is seeking a senior role focused on onsite building and platform delivery to transform agency workflows and outcomes. You will own customer outcomes end to end, embedding for the long term and shaping production-grade solutions.

The role emphasizes deep technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on deployment of AI-enabled tools in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles or program management.
• Experience in operational transformation and complex deployments.
• Proven builder: shipped automations, agents, workflows in customer environments.
• Comfort across hardware, software, cloud and AI-enabled technologies.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate into buildable solutions tied to mission outcomes.
• Design and ship tools on Axon's platform: AI agents, workflows, integrations, data pipelines.
• Configure and extend DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records within the agency environment.
• Iterate in the field and document reusable patterns across accounts.
• Lead engagements with CJIS compliance and security considerations.
