Axon Enterprise seeks an experienced, field-focused professional to own customer outcomes within strategic accounts. You’ll lead end-to-end deployment, adoption, and success of Axon’s platform on site, building trusted relationships with agency leadership and operators.

The role demands building and shipping AI-enabled tools, managing complex deployments, and aligning product decisions with field insights. Expect 3–4 days onsite and a strong ownership mindset in a fast-paced mission-driven

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or operational transformation.
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required.
• Shipped working automations, agents, workflows, or AI tools in customer environments.
• Comfort working across hardware, software, cloud, AI-enabled technologies.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ownership mentality in ambiguous, fast-changing environments; navigate priorities across teams and services.

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into buildable, compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes.
• Design and ship working tools on Axon's platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Build with Axon products, configure and extend DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records, and related systems in agency environments.
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks and document reusable patterns.
• Apply responsible innovation guardrails - CJIS, evidence integrity, privacy - in every build.
• Troubleshoot onsite and coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services.
