Job summary

Axon is seeking a hands-on field role focused on delivering outcomes for public safety agencies. You will own customer outcomes across deployments, adoption, and ongoing success, embedding for the long haul onsite.

You will design and ship AI-powered workflows and data integrations, coordinate with product and engineering, and lead operational transformation with senior stakeholders to improve mission results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical, program management, or deployment roles.
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required.
• Built and shipped automations, agents, or AI-enabled tools in production.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Onsite building and platform delivery across Axon's stack and agency environments.
• Design and ship AI-powered workflows, agents, and data pipelines with real users.
• Lead field engagements, executive reviews, and mission-focused outcomes.
• Track success metrics and ensure adoption and measurable impact.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales.
