Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for its Warren, MI operation. This onsite role has full accountability for safety, compliance, and plant performance across manufacturing, facilities, planning, and labor relations.

The leader will implement the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) to drive SQDCG while balancing customer needs and union requirements. The role demands building a high-performance team, strong change management, and a continuous improvement mindset to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing operations experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a unionized environment with collective bargaining.
• Strong Lean, continuous improvement, and RBS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations including manufacturing, facilities, planning, materials management, and labor relations.
• Build and coach the plant leadership team and drive daily management routines.
• Maintain professional relationships with union officers and represented associates.
• Drive SQDCG across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Growth and lead annual operating plans.
• Partner with Commercial and Sales to align demand, capability and profitability.
