Job summary
Regal Rexnord is seeking a Manager II, Site Controller for its Charlotte, NC manufacturing plant. This role leads financial planning, reporting, and performance management, partnering with the Plant Manager to drive profitability and continuous improvement.
You will manage close processes, forecasting, and variance analyses while strengthening internal controls under GAAP and SOX. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in accounting/finance, a CPA/CMA/MBA; ERP experience with SAP or OneStream and
Qualifications
- 7+ years in accounting or finance, incl. cost accounting
- CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
- Strong finance partnership with operations and leadership communication
- Power BI experience preferred
- ERP proficiency with SAP, OneStream, or related system
Responsibilities
- Translate financial performance into insights, risks, and actions for plant leadership
- Lead monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and corporate reporting
- Oversee monthly forecast, annual plan, and business reviews
- Lead variance analysis and explain drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Drive cost, productivity, and margin improvements in the plant
- Collaborate with operations on make/buy, planning, inventory, and capital decisions
- Develop KPIs, reports, and Power BI dashboards for visibility
