Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in New Berlin, WI, is seeking a Production Manager for our onsite facility. You will direct overall operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets, and oversee department leaders reporting to the Plant Manager.

You will drive daily metrics, labor planning, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent level of experience and education.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including proven experience managing teams in manufacturing.
• Thorough understanding of production operations and machinery.
• Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proven time management with ability to meet deadlines and delegate tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and related software for reports/logs.
• SAP proficiency and lean experience/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and owns production floor standards and adherence.
• Participates in daily Tier 3 meetings and drives countermeasures to daily goals.
• Updates daily reports and KPIs (output, absorption, hours).
• Builds labor plan and re-evaluates needs based on orders and overtime.
• Partners with Finance and leadership to develop monthly forecasts.
• Prepares and presents at monthly team meetings for New Berlin site.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives with RBS and others.
• Oversees SQDC metrics across departments.
• Leads kaizen events and process improvements.
• Acts as backup for supervisors and payroll coordination.
• Provides feedback and evaluates employee performance.
• Oversees production, shipping/receiving, maintenance and QA.
• Manages projects and budgets; performs other duties.
