Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience.
• 5+ years of high-level customer care experience; supervising phlebotomy operations preferred.
• BS/BA degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy Certification preferred, as regulations allow.

Responsibilities

• Verify test requisitions and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify patients and perform venipunctures and finger sticks.
• Maintain specimen integrity and aseptic techniques.
• Track specimens and document collection times.
• Ensure quality results and report KPIs biweekly.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with regulations.
• Oversee PSC phlebotomy operations and staff as needed.
