You will operate in an onsite setting across multiple locations as needed, in a fast-paced healthcare service environment. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years phlebotomy experience, strong patient communication skills, and flexibility to cover shifts, including occasional weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills and ability to work independently.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and on‑call overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high‑volume setting.
• Superior customer focus and clear communication with peers, supervisors, and patients.

Responsibilities

• Under supervisor direction, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection following established practices.
• Verify patient demographic info and initials post-venipuncture.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image to patients and staff.
