Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain an atmosphere of trust and confidence.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and focus on process excellence and accuracy.
• Perform daily activities accurately under the direction of area supervisor.
• Verify patient demographics and ensure proper labeling of specimens.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Travel to doctor’s offices or service centers as needed.
